The 300 Model is a unique and affordable choice for applications where light to medium use and low cost are requirements. It is available with the choice of a manual chain hoist or a motor drive.

Simple installation consists of attaching the side tracks to the head unit, standing the door upright to the frame and bolting the unit into place.
